Choose an actual stock unit
Count separate bags for a preformed-bag system and cassettes for a continuous-film system. Do not combine them into one generic refill total. The selected pack contains18Easy Roll bags,3round cassettes or75Ubbi bags. The planner keeps those units visible and resets stock confirmation when the product changes. A shared brand or similar carton does not make existing stock transferable.
State the target yourself
The tool asks for a user-chosen stock target, not a recommended amount of supply. It does not ask for diaper changes per day,age or household size. If the user chooses a target of50Easy Roll bags and has8matching bags, the gap is42. Dividing by18and rounding up gives3whole packs,adding54bags. That is inventory arithmetic only.
Keep overage visible
In the example,8existing bags plus54new bags gives62,which is12above the chosen target. The excess is not waste by definition and is not a recommendation to use bags more quickly. It simply reflects whole-pack purchasing. If stock already exceeds the target, the output is zero additional packs and shows the remaining above-target count without producing a negative order.
Use complete matching inventory
For a sealed three-cassette pack, you can count three matching cassettes. A partly used continuous cassette is not one complete new cassette unless the inventory definition explicitly permits that distinction. Our tool counts confirmed unused units only and does not estimate remaining film. It also does not pool a leftover round cassette with an Easy Roll refill to meet a single numerical target.
Keep the current pack size
A30-bag Easy Roll offer would need its own selected pack record and price;the18-bag preset cannot be silently stretched to30. Likewise,Ubbi's25-bag and75-bag offers are different selling packs. Confirm the exact package before using a preset. If the supplied quantity differs, correct the record rather than assuming the calculator's default is evidence of the delivered count.
Do not infer an expiry or refill date
The planner does not turn the target into months of supply or generate a recommended date for emptying a pail. Product handling and actual disposal needs remain separate. We have not established a universal storage life for these refill packs. Keep the package's actual storage and warning information and ask the manufacturer about unclear dates or damaged packaging.
Use the purchase estimate narrowly
Multiplying the whole-pack result by an actual entered pack price gives a modeled merchandise amount before unknown charges. It does not place an order, reserve inventory or certify a safe storage arrangement. Recheck exact identity and checkout conditions, and keep plastic supplies out of children's reach. Independent content and safety review are still required before publication.
Keep the count confirmation tied to selection
When the selected pack changes, the tool clears both the target and stock entries as well as the identity confirmation. This prevents a target of50bags from becoming50cassettes simply because a dropdown changed. Enter the new target in the newly shown unit and recount matching unused stock. The price preset also changes to the dated selected offer. None of those defaults is evidence that the current checkout or the user's actual inventory matches the stored reference.
