Read the actual manufacturer scope
Ubbi's current FAQ says its diaper pail can use tall13-gallon kitchen garbage bags or a standard-size cloth liner and does not require proprietary refills. That establishes a purchasing distinction from cassette systems. It does not certify every bag sold with a13-gallon number,or authorize a bag for every other brand of diaper pail. Keep the named pail and the manufacturer's wording together.
Use the branded reference accurately
The selected Ubbi value pack is SKU10086,UPC698904100867,with75bags total. The official bag page declares13gallons/49.2liters and flat dimensions18.5inches wide by33.5inches high. These are bag specifications,not the pail's outside dimensions or a guarantee of usable volume inside the installed pail. A flat width is not a circular opening diameter.
Do not extrapolate to Diaper Genie
The selected Target Ubbi listing contains a brand response saying these bags are not designed for Diaper Genie systems. A generic statement that bags fit many pails is weaker than an exact named compatibility statement. Our tool therefore does not present the Ubbi bag as a cost-saving replacement for a proprietary Genie cassette. Other unlisted brands remain unverified rather than being rejected or approved by volume alone.
Check the actual bag and holder
For a third-party tall kitchen bag,record its exact size,shape,closure and relevant instructions,then verify it against the actual Ubbi pail guidance. We have not installed samples or measured fit. A capacity label is useful information,but it cannot establish how a bag sits in the holder or whether a particular closure arrangement follows the manufacturer's instructions.
A misleading-number example
A listing might describe a13-gallon package while showing a smaller on-the-go disposal sack elsewhere in the same search results. Those are different products. Keep pail liners separate from travel sacks and pet-waste bags,even if the retailer groups them under diaper disposal. Price per bag is meaningful only after the actual bag type and intended use are identified.
Keep the purchase decision narrow
Ubbi-branded bags are an option,not a required cartridge subscription. Compare them with another exact bag offer only after confirming the relevant dimensions and intended scope. This site makes no claim that a cheaper alternative has identical film,odor performance,tear behavior or recycled content. No bag installation or durability test was conducted for this reference.
Save the verified next step
Read the current pail instructions and keep the actual bag identity with the receipt. If the fit is unclear,ask Ubbi about the exact bag and pail rather than relying on a similar-looking image. Store unused refill supplies away from children and keep the package warnings. A working unit-cost calculation does not resolve an unknown physical fit.
Separate baby,adult and pet product ranges
Ubbi also sells supplies for adult and pet-waste pails. Those names can appear in the same store search,but they are separate product records. Do not transfer a larger bag capacity or another pail's instructions to the selected diaper-pail value pack. Keep the exact bag SKU and intended pail scope in the comparison.
