Name the denominator

Price per unit needs a specific unit label. A bag,a continuous-film cassette and a meter of film are not interchangeable. Start with the selected selling pack and its documented contents. If a source does not declare length, leave length-based cost unavailable;the selected round carton does declare21ft per cassette. A number printed as diaper capacity is not a substitute length or bag count.

Use the three selected examples

The18-bag Easy Roll observation gives16.99/18,about0.944USDper bag. The75-bag Ubbi observation gives19.99/75,about0.267USDper bag. The round three-pack gives19.99/3,about6.663USDper cassette. These values describe different systems. Even a shared per-bag unit between Easy Roll and Ubbi does not establish compatibility, equal volume or equal performance.

Keep precision honest

The worksheet calculates with entered numbers and rounds displayed currency. A rounded0.94USD label is not an exact unrounded internal value. For a larger basket, use the actual pack price and whole pack count rather than multiplying an already rounded unit display. This avoids small arithmetic differences while keeping the actual selling unit visible.

Length needs a verified declaration

If a user has an actual selected offer with a documented length, the tool supports feet, meters and yards. One yard is3feet and one foot is0.3048meter. These are unit relationships, not a way to estimate film length from cassette diameter or remaining weight. The selected round carton declares21ft per cassette,63ft per three-pack. That is a nominal label denominator, not measured usable yield. Easy Roll and Ubbi remain count-based records.

Do not rank unlike products

A lower normalized amount can be mathematically correct while describing a product that does not fit the owned pail. Confirm model compatibility first. The tool shows whether units match, but it cannot infer equal bag size, film behavior, closure method or odor performance. It also does not assign a better-value badge based on a capacity headline or an unmeasured result.

An actual-offer workflow

Enter the selected offer's merchandise price, declared quantity and correct unit. Keep another offer's identity and unit separate. If one is a three-cassette pack and the other is18bags,the tool displays both rates with an unlike-unit warning. If an exact count is missing, ask the seller rather than filling the field with the advertised diaper maximum.

Finish at checkout

Recheck the selected pack, current price and address-dependent charges before purchasing. A unit price before shipping and tax is a merchandise comparison, not a delivered quote. Do not include an unclaimed loyalty discount or assume free shipping. Save the actual receipt separately from the dated public observation so later comparisons retain their original conditions.

Do not normalize an unsupported bulk title

A title containing1000oranother large number might refer to an advertised diaper capacity rather than bags supplied. Before entering it as quantity, rewrite the offer as selling packs multiplied by actual declared bags or cassettes. If that rewrite cannot be supported by the source, the quantity is unresolved. A low unit result produced from the wrong denominator is not a bargain. The tool's valid numeric input check cannot verify that a user copied the correct semantic field.
